At RnH Limo, we provide a courtesy 15-minute window. If the service extends beyond this grace period, we apply a prorated charge. For instance, on the 16th minute past the agreed-upon time, we bill for an additional 30 minutes. Similarly, on the 37th minute, we charge for the full hour. Rest assured, we strive to ensure transparency and fairness in all our billing practices.

While RnH Chauffeurs are instructed to conduct a thorough check of the vehicle upon dropping off guests, we also encourage our guests to inspect the vehicle before exiting. However, it’s important to note that RnH is not responsible for any lost items during the course of the ride or service. We advise guests to take extra care in ensuring they have all their belongings before leaving the vehicle.

In adherence to professional licensing and regulatory standards, it is mandated by law that the front seat cannot be occupied by a passenger in a chauffeur service. This regulation is implemented for safety reasons, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and prioritizing the well-being of our passengers.

For Sedans & SUVs, cancellations must be made at least 4 hours prior to the scheduled transfer time to avoid any cancellation fees. For Minibuses and Sprinters, cancellations must be made at least 72 hours in advance.

For Buses & Groups, cancellation policies will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis to accommodate the unique needs and circumstances of each reservation.

At RnH Worldwide Limousine, we adhere to the industry standard of booking reservations with a minimum of three hours to prevent ‘split reservations.’ This practice ensures that each reservation is given the necessary buffer time between bookings to avoid any overlap or scheduling conflicts.

A ‘split reservation’ occurs when there is insufficient time between consecutive bookings, increasing the risk of delays or disruptions if the first trip encounters any difficulties. By implementing a minimum booking duration, we prioritize the seamless and uninterrupted service experience that our clients expect from RnH Worldwide Limousine.
