What is the Airport Drop off Procedure?
At RnH Worldwide Chauffeur Driven Limousine Service, we highly value your time. Your chauffeur will arrive 15 minutes prior to the scheduled pickup time at your location. Upon arrival, they will promptly contact you via call or text to inform you that they are waiting outside and ready to transport you to the airport whenever you’re prepared. We kindly ask that you allocate sufficient time for security checks and check-in procedures. Upon reaching the airport, your chauffeur will drop you off at the departure level, ensuring a seamless transition to your airline gate.
Meet & Greet Procedure?
At RnH Worldwide Chauffeur Driven Limousine Service, we highly value your time. As part of our Meet & Greet service, your chauffeur will arrive 15 minutes ahead of the scheduled pickup time at your location. Upon arrival, they will promptly call or text you to inform you that they are waiting outside and ready to transport you to the airport whenever you’re prepared. We kindly ask that you allocate sufficient time for security checks and check-in procedures. Rest assured, your chauffeur will drop you off at the departure level, right next to your airline gate, ensuring a seamless transition to your flight.”
What happens if the hourly job exceeds the agreed-upon time?
At RnH Limo, we provide a courtesy 15-minute window. If the service extends beyond this grace period, we apply a prorated charge. For instance, on the 16th minute past the agreed-upon time, we bill for an additional 30 minutes. Similarly, on the 37th minute, we charge for the full hour. Rest assured, we strive to ensure transparency and fairness in all our billing practices.
